All Data DIY

Anyone familiar with this service? Worth the $24 per year? From the demo it seems worth it. Comments?

It's better than nothing or a Chilton's. Personally, I just buy a Ford service CD from someone clearing out the file cabinets at a dealership.

I can access AllData (non Auto-zone version) at my Library for free. Just $.10 a printout

I think it's well worth the initial $24.95 & $14.95 renewal/each additional vehicle. You not only find repair procedures, but also TSBs, recalls, part numbers and labor times. It has just about everything a dealer would have.

I have the $2500/yr version of Alldata, and cant live without it. Of course its for the shop I work at. We have 5 licences for it, so I use it at home as well for my remote start buisness. I would highly recommend it, IF the autozone version is the same. JMO

Have used the pro version since it came on the market in the late 80's. Diag. can sometimes be a bit hard to read but the info. is very good and accurate. The recall and TSB functions are well worth the money.
