Why cant you do it yourself?

Once you know WHAT the EGR is, its just removing some bolts and putting the new part on...

well i am actually trying to upload some pics I just took but the server is giving me an error

Anyway. Under the black cover in the middle of the engine, the air intake connects up with the throttle body (you should see 2 black hard rubber hoses coming out from the driver's side).

The EGR is under that cover, it's the silver saucer lookin deal. I havent removed one myself...but you should be able to just remove the bolts, unplug any connections, and replace it.

If you have an AutoZone around you, maybe they can point it out to you better.

Cover:

-held on by 3 bolts. Easy.

EGR:

-remove green plug/wire. From there it should just unbolt. But I honestly am not sure just what is invlolved in removing it.

Closer shot:

-its the silver saucer lookin thing...the rusty part comes with it.

So basically, remove the green hose. Loosen the giant rusty nut. Remove 2 bolts. Should do it.
