What are the differences between the 1998 F250 Light Duty and the F150 of the same year?

#7700 GVWR. 10.25" rear end. 3.73 gears (4.10 option on 4x2's). 7 lug wheels with LT245/75/16D tires. Higher rated suspension pieces. I've heard that it also has larger frame rails, but when I compared one to mine, they appeard to be the same size, but I didn't take any measurements to totally verify that either....
