Help!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 1991 Ford F150 1/2 Ton Longbed 4WD Picku V8-5.8L 351cid

I just want to change out the PCV valve. I located it easy enough, but I don't see ANY easy way to change it. It appears as if you have to remove the entire massive air induction system in order to get at it. Could this be true?
