Im happy with the truck now but i want more power out of it i dont do any towing i just race the truck every weekend and i figured that if i change the cams i will get more power the truck is a 1999 expedition with a 5.4 mods so far are cat back exhaust and cold air kit with electric fan,

 

Mod Max and Crower are both making nice cam sets for your vehicle. You might want to look at a chip and pulleys before you drop the big bucks on cams. Just my 2 cents.

I last thing that you want/need to change is your cam. You need the free up your exhaust first, then a cool air kit, then a chip/ power tuner, then a bigger throttle body. With new exhaust and cool air you'll pick up about 20 rwhp. With the powertuner, another 10 rwhp and another 10rwhp from the tb. Plus all of this will give you 'bout 2 to 4 mpg better mileage too
