Chirping

There is a chirping sound that comes for a split second every so often. Lately it's been doing it a lot that the weather has gotten colder.

Sounds like a birds nest under the truck. Sound is coming from the front. It just bothers me so much because it's like that sound the alternator gives when it's going but it's only for a split second and I doubt it's the alternator. Could that be the idle pulley or something (4.6L 97' F150 4x4)

Also, it sounds like the truck farts, I'm serious, when you slow down you can hear this sound like air being driven out really loud, almost sounds like a 1-2 second fart. Sounds like it's coming from the middle to back.

Does it do it at any speed, just while accelerating, when turning, or ...?

It could be the idler, belt, power sterring, fan, suspension or whatever. That about everything I guess
