What do you all run?

I have been using Shell Rotella T Full Synthetic 5W-40, with a Mobile 1 Filter, anyone else?

 

Mobil 1 5/30W and Purolater Pure One filter. Change the filter @ 2500 miles and the oil and filter @ 5K. I had an 88 Ranger before this truck and put 276K miles on it's 2.3L with this same combo(used Hastings filters some). As far as I know it is still running strong to this day, when I had it, it never had the valve cover off it, just changed the timing belt.

 

 

Amsoil s2k 0w-30 with dual by-pass filter

 

Mobil 1 with a Motorcraft 820S on the F150, MotorCraft with a MotorCraft 820S on the Mustang (Dealer changes the oil in the Mustang)
