Almost embarrassed to ask this

What is the best way to get your Cams in the proper position after taking them out? It's been about 2 years since I last worked on an OHC engine and took the cams out, and I've not bothered to keep up on the process (not to mention, I had professional help at the time). Gurus?

Well, I'm possibly going to be building a 5.4L block with Mustang GT heads. Would they have the same marks? I'm positive the firing order would be the same, but the question is would the marks still line up? This might be something for Mike...
