I have a 2003 F150 XLT 4X4 4.6L Automatic

Last night my truck would not start for me. When I turned the key the engine would not turn over at all. However it would start fine if I used my remote starter. This morning it started fine with just using the key. I belive it has something to do with the anti-theft system, but I am not too sure. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am going to take it to the dealership after work today and let them deal with it.
