replacing various sensors, valves, etc

I'm thinking about doing some preventive maintenance on my 4.6L by replacing some of the common valves and sensors that I frequently read about. My list is below. My question is, are any of the ones I listed unnecessary to change, and are there any I missed that i should consider?

PCV valve
AIT
IAC valve
O2 sensors
EGR valve
DPFE sensor

thanks,
josh

Good question...

I would like to know as well. I have only gotten to the PCV.

Much more work needed to be done since the truck has over 90K and I get the feeling that the previous owner did no maintenance other than trade it in for a new one!!!

As always...any advice is greatly appreciated.

most of these sensor run from $40 to $60 a piece, and that's at autozone... i hate to see what you'ld pay at ford... there is no need to replace any of the sensors.. if anything just clean them and be careful when doing that...

stick to changing oil, oil filter, pcv valve, fuel filter, belts, hoses, plugs, and plug wires for maintence... the other items you mentioned only need to be changed when they cause a problem or fail...
