Fuel Selector Valve
1995 F150
4.9 L
2 WHeel Drive
2 Tanks
6 Months ago (3/1/03) the rear tank started to miss / lack of power, when I switch to the front tank while driving, the power would increase significantly (immediately) and the truck would run normal. Switching back to the rear tank would cause the same symptoms to occur within 5-10 seconds. (Its runs like the truck has a bad plug when on the rear tank).
Now the front tank is starting to miss / hesitate. Lack of power.
In addition, when operating on the front tank, fuel is now back filling to the rear tank. When driving 100 miles, 1/8 tank of fuel will move to the rear tank from the front.
Any ideas what I need to replace ?
