I have a 98 F150 5.4L that has gone through 2 different coils (#1 and #4). I have an extended warranty that covers it but the dealer is screwing me cause they charge so much to diagnose it that the warranty wont cover all of it. Anyway, is it as easy as it looks to replace a coil? 2 bolts and a connector. I will do it myself next time if that is the case.

actually the problem may lie with the computer...not the coils
