Unhappy Truck missing real bad. Please Help

My truck developed a real bad miss in it about a year ago and I had the plugs and wires changed and that cured it. Now about a year later it;s starting again. It does it really bad when you first crank it up and start down the road before the engine gets warm, after it warms up it;s not near as bad.I bought the truck used from my local ford dealership, it's a 99 f150 with about 64,000 miles on it. I bought the best plugs and motorcraft plug wires that it called for.I'm thinking I've got another bad plug. Just need some help. Thanks for your time.

What kind of plugs where they? Motorcraft plugs are the best for these trucks. Allthough i used NBK Gpower in mine. If you used bosch alot of memebers have had problems with them. Check the back plug on the passenger side to see if the heater hose has leaked on the plug and fouled it.
