Inceficiant EGR flow (please help)

Hellow,

On my 92' f-150 with 351v8 Iam getting 332 memory code saying Inseficiant EGR flow. I changed the EGR sen. the air pipe connecting to the EGR and double checked my vacum routing as well and everything checks out. What the heck is going on? I have cleared the code and It still comes up only when I step on the gas! Is there somthig Im overlooking?

Is the EGR valve actually working? The EVP sensor on top of the EGR valve uses EGR valve movement to determine EGR flow. Try this, hook up a hand vaccum pump to the EGR valve, with the engine running apply vaccum to the valve. The engine should run rough or stall. If it don't, then either the EGR valve is bad or the ports are plugged with carbon in the intake manifold. If it does stall or run rough, then the vaccum regulator or hoses are bad.
