Hypertech's Power Programmer III - Worth The Money?

I have a 2000 4x4 with a 5.4 a Flowmaster Muffler and a K&N Air Filter. I was thinking of getting Hypertech's Power Programmer III, I was wondering if it is worth the $373.95, any thoughts or opinions, what kind of power, milage or performance gains would I see?

I think you will see that a majority of the people here using tuning are using Superchips. They also have a programer which in addition is an ODBII code scanner.

It's my understanding that Hypertech uses generic programs while Superchips uses code specific programing.

Did you check out the computer chips section of the boards?
