My Ses light is on and my tuner is showing DTC P0141 (02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (bank No.1 Sensor No.2)). I clear the code and it comes back every time I drive it.
Can someone tell me which 02 sensor this is?
My book shows codes for sensor 1,2 and 3. I know there are 2 - 02 sensors per exhaust down pipe but the book shows codes for 3 sensors. Can someone explain this to me?

Passenger side down stream, after cat, sensor.

Bank: 1 Passenger side
Bank: 2 Driver side
No1: Before cat
No2 : After Cat

The input from this sensor is compared to the No1 sensor and if the variance is too great it means that the cat is deffective. Problem is, it could be a wiring problem or a deffective Sensor.

Visually inspect the HO2S circuit for exposed wiring, water contamination, corrosion and proper assembly.

Thanks for the info JMC, hopefully it's just a bad connection or a screwed up sensor. Don't want to think about changing cats .
