I have received the same error code for a 99 F150 as well. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

If only one bank is indicated, there may be an air leak in one runner to one or more cylinders. This becomes unmetered air into the engine
Look for a gasket falure for that bank, a crack or some other reason air might be getting in.
The again it could be a OX sensor that has given up.
Usually a lean condition that affects all cylinders will show both banks to be "TRIMMED RICH" in an attempt to correct a lean condition.
