5.4L 4x4 Supercab. AirForce One intake w/ Tornado, Flowmaster Exhaust

slightly over 16 mpg highway at/under 2000 rpms
slightly over 15 mpg highway over 2000 rmps (2100 at 79 mph)

15s for "tame" city driving.

fyi, I found that w/o the Tornado, I get about 1mpg less, and the truck has to downshift a whole lot more to maintain the cruise control setting up hills.

'01 SCab 5.4L

Rarely get 19 MPG, even all highway. Got 19.2 all time best all highway 65MPH.

Got 18.3 Santa Barbara - San Diego and back last weekend, 364 miles, 75 MPH. May have had non-reformulated gas - they switch over this month in SoCal I believe.

16.x mpg usually mixed. Maybe .5 mpg less with the reformulated gas (87 octane).

All time worst 14.5 mpg highway Las Vegas - Salina Utah into high headwind. 75 - 80 MPH. Was cold out - 35F. Suspect it was reformulated gas, bought in Vegas, they have a smog problem.

'01 5.4L Super Cab, 4x2, 3.55 LSD, 26K miles.
