Flex-Fan

Flex-Fans?.....Does anyone have "real world" experience with these? Much lighter then the "factory" fan. And designed to flow much more air at low RPM then stock. And when at high RPM they "flex- out" to cause less drag.

Sounds like a good idea in theory(??). Does it work? In your experience do they "pull" more air over your A/C coils and Radiator at low RPM? Do they save MPG's due to their lighter weight?

Electric fans may be better, but $400.00 plus installation is a bit high (when trying to justify the Cost VS MPG savings ). I was really "psyched" about adding electric fans but couldn't justify the cost.

Would the "best quality" flex-fan (under $125.00 installed) be a better alternative for me?

Thank you in advance
for your answer,

Bill
