Unhappy Won't start...any advice appreciated.

I have a 2000 F150, started up fine at work, got home and went back out later and nothing. No clicking, etc, just won't start. Battery is good, plenty of charge. One time I got it to start by pulling up on the gear lever, thinking neutral switch, but haven't been able to get it to start again. I've also tried starting in neutral but no luck.

Another weird thing is the radio won't work, even with the key in the aux position. Any ideas?

I know there is a TSB out on the ignition switches on the later model F-150's and Expedition, Nav, etc. Just check out the link for Recall's and TSB's and you should see it in there.

Good Luck

Do the headlights work? If they are on, or the interior lights are on, and they go off suddenly as soon as you hit the ignition, it may be a loose connection on your battery. Check your terminals!
