JET Low Temp. thermometer 180 degrees...

Has anyone bought this product. It's fairly inexpensive, but it seems like a good idea. The thermo. opens up at 18o degrees unlike the stock.
Do you think this is a worthwhile mod.?

mf150,

Get a chromed one. When you put it on your desk as a paper weight it will look nicer. Unless you are into some serious mods that dramatically raise the CC temps then don't waste your $$$.

Cool

HI!... It's been proven already that a N/A engine makes it's best power with it's temp between 190-200 degree's. We have a 193-195 stat in our F-150's. I beleive the LIGHTNINGS are running a 180 stat in stock trim.
