Talking Superchip - Need Help

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A SUPERCHIP FOR MY FORD F250 DIESEL, I MADE 1100 MILES AND MY TRANSMISSION BURNED UP. THE FORD DEALER REPLACED MY TRANSMISSION AND STATED THE CAUSE COULD HAVE BEEN THE CHIP. I MADE 200 MILES AND MY TRANSMISSION STARTED TO RUN HOT. THE DEALER SAID - TAKE THE CHIP OUT. I REMOVED THE CHIP AND ALL IS FINE. ANYBODY OUT THERE HAD ANY OF THE SAME PROBLEMS??

LOVE MY TRUCK

What year is your truck? The 99-2000 SD was borderline on tranny cooling and adding the 80hp chip could make it overheat. You might need to add a bigger cooler.

The other thing is did the dealer flush the cooler lines? I have heard of lines being blocker after a failure and the new tranny burning up.
