Angry Well, here we go again!

The truck is gone for another week. The story is: "The housing between the engine and transmission is broken." "The tow truck driver said red fluid was pouring out of it, that was your power steering rack that is broken too." "We will need it at least until Saturday to get it fixed but don't worry, it's covered under your warranty."

If you guys only knew the words running through my mind right now. What the hell are they talking about, warranty? THEY BROKE THE S.O.B.!!!!!! WTF are they talking about? I asked them, he said, That's policy sir. Warranty is fine, when you need it, not when Billy Bob the moron starts ****ing with nuts and bolts and rips sh*t up! And! no loaner, no nothing, just like last time, I can pay an overage on my warranty for another truck rental.

Thanks for your moral support guys, I sincerely hope you all have better dealers than I do. This is the biggest bunch of horse s..t I have ever been through with a dealer.

WTF?!? , Your truck don't even have rack & pinnion steering. Now they're saying your transmission case is broken? Damn, seems like everthing they've touched on your truck has turned to sh*T! You would have better luck having Curly,Moe & Larry working on it.

Steering something, I thought he said rack, maybe not. I was so damn mad, I was more interested in talking than listening. I am calling them back in the morning and finding out for sure. A neighbor that works for Arrow speed shop said the same thing, that they couldn't have said anything about a steering rack, because there isn't one. The guy that talked to me on the phone sounded about 16 years old and as nervous as I was mad. Maybe he mis-stated the fact. We shall see.....

I think it's time to find a new dealership for service! A few more miles can't cost much more than you're already paying.

They called me today and told me the truck was done. I picked it up tonight. RO states that coolant loss was from a plug, they removed transmission and resealed the plug. Also replaced a steering "link." They charged me nothing, they ate the deductable and tow fee. That is some consolation anyway.

I truely hope your problems are over. However, if the engine lost enough coolant to "sieze" the engine, it has probably suffered permanent damage...
