How hard is it to change out a water pump on a '97 4.6ltr.

 

Very easy .....Drain coolant...Remove belt ...remove four bolts that hold on the pulley....remove 4 or 5 bolts (not sure) that hold pump on...pop off pump..pop new pump on ...install in reverse order...There is no gasket which you may be expecting...There is a rubber O ring on the pump which you may want to lube when installing new one..
