Does anyone know the horsepower rating for the 03 5.4 engine?

Exactly how many cubi inches is 5.4? What happened to the good old days when an engine was rated by ci, like 283, 327, 351 409, etc.

 

That would be..

260 HP , 350 ft/lbs. torque. The 5.4 is a 330 cu. in.

 

I think that 5.4 is rated at 265 hp until 04 when it will be rated as 300 hp. I know that it is 330 cubic inches.

The 5.4 has been listed at 260 since about 99. I suppose if you run a good 5w-20 synthetic it will go 265.
