Mine idles at 600 rpm when warm and in drive. Not sure about any other idle speeds.

Mine idles at 6oo in park and lower about 500 in gear. I thought that 600 maybe a tad low? What mods do you guys have if any? Will it hurt if I adjust my idle to like 700-800? Thanks guys for the replies!

According to the "book" the 4.2-4.6 should idle at between 680 to 830 rpm. The 5.4 should idle at 720 rpm. The spec is for both the auto and manual tranny so it has to be in N or P.
