low idle after driving 10 minutes
I have an issue with a 97 ford F150 4.2 liter V6. After I run the
for about 10 minutes whenever I come to a stop the oil pressure
gauge drops very low along with the truck's idle . This has been
an issue for the past couple of months. Applying a little pressure
to the brake and gas pulls both back up . The truck has 140k miles and uses about 1 quart of oil a month. There are no oil stains under where I park the vehicle so no leaks are apparent.
The check engine light has been on during this time , I had a friend with a computer diagnose this and he said it reported a
low burn on port 2 ?? Does anyone have any ideas on what this
might idicate ??
