Unhappy Engine stumble any help?

I just installed Denso plugs gapped at 50, new Accel wires and Accel coil packs along with a Airforce One Cold air kit over the weekend. Drove to and from work on Monday and had no problems at all. Now today I drive to work and when I was stopped a lights the truck would like stumble and run rough for a few seconds and stop after a couple of time! So I drove around for down the highway while using my Auto-X-Ray scanner plugged in for capture mod. When I came to a light and stopped the truck did stumble again. I went home and read the scanner and no codes or real time problems. It doesn't do it all the time it's intermintent! It did not do this till I installed the above products! Any help or info that will point me in the right direction will be greatfully appreciated!

It's a 98 F150 4.6 auto wit 33000 miles on it daily driven. Mods so far are: Accel wires, Accel coil packs, Denso plugs gapped at 50, Air force 1 intake all which were installed this weekend. And I also have the Micro Tunner and a Transgo shift Kit. I also noticed that when I have the above problem I can hear like a ticking sound under the hood and in the dash I believe! I checked for cross fire and arching and can't find anything!

It could be one of your plugs may have backed off. I'd check it anyway, as we know Ford does have a plug blowout problem
