Anybody here know the exact height of the sohc 5.4 from the bottom of the oil pan the top of the throttle body???

 

HI!... Well I just went outside in 20 below 0 temps to get you these measurements!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL! From cylinder head to cylinder head it is roughly 29 inches. From oil pan (SUMP) to top of TB it's roughly 34 inches. You owe me a coffee now!

 

How about I paypal you a few bucks for coffee and a bagel!! LoL!! Thank you very much, I really appreciate you doing that for me!! One question though. That measurement from head to head, was that from the farthest edge? What I mean, is, is that 29 inches from the fender well side of the head to the outside of the other head? I assume it is, just want to make sure.

HI!... That 29 inches was from the valve cover gasket surface on both heads. It seemed like the widest point.
