Did you change anything on the xhst ? Something like duals, high flow cats, splice for A/F gauge, etc to the truck.

The only reason I ask is there is more to this DTC then replacing the O2 sensor, and if it is caused by a mod you did ( xhst or high flow cats ) you are going to get a bill for it.

DTC
P0136 - HO2S Sensor Circuit Malfunction (HO2S-12)

Description
The downstream HO2S sensor(s) are continuously checked for maximum and minimum voltages. The test fails when the voltages fail to meet the calibrated limits.

Possible Causes
Pinched, shorted, and corroded wiring and pins.
Crossed sensor wires.
Exhaust leaks.
Contaminated or damaged sensor.

Diagnostic Aides
none

So while it might be the O2 sensor, if you did xhst work, or added a A/F pig tail to the O2 sensor, then the repair bill the dealer might put to you, rather then Ford if it is due to modifications.
Just a thought.
As for are they included, got me. I'd speculate yes, but this is just a speculation.

It should be covered under warranty or at least under the emission warranty. But ...

Interesting, Ford warr coverage on an aftermarket system.

If you read the ESP coverage it might say one way or another.

Maybe checking the xhst to see if there might be leaks around the O2 sensors might be in order.

That is a tough call, maybe checking with the service manager to see what they say.

You have struck on an interesting point, if you buy a truck with an aftermarket anything, and get a Ford ESP what actually is covered considering that it was that way on the lot.

yes they are covered, you can call your dealer and ask them to run the O2 part # on oasis to see if they are covered before you come in the dealership.
