I had an '82 with a 305 that would have been pretty close to my truck in the 1/4. Personally, I dont think you'll win.....

305s are good down low, best chances are to beat him past that. My friends 84 with a 305 is a dog past 40.

Look at the door jamb sticker and get the axle code.
Search for the term axle code and a list that someone posted will show what you have.

1994f150xlt,

You should arrange to run Izzy Eddy or me. If we beat you, you are in trouble.

Regards

HI!... 1994f150XLT : You should run IZZY EDDY 1st. He also has a "94" F-150 XLT, EC, LB, 3.55LS, SUPERCHIP, BASSANI HEADERS, RAVEN EXHAUST, K&N FIPK, but he has a 302 engine. He runs in the low 17's in the 1/4 mile. You should try running him 1ST and see how you stand. He is also from WINDSOR. I just might have to check out this race. You guys are doing it at 3B correct? Can I race the winner. I sure could use $250!!!!!!lol! I'll even start off in 2ND gear for ya!LOL!

I don't know what camaro's these guys have been racing. But I know the v-6's give me a run for my money. The v'8's just laugh at me when I want to race. Anyway, my point is if you haven't put your money down yet, don't do it!. You will not win this race. If you can not back out, then crank you timing up as far as you can without any spark knock and you can still start the thing. All you need to do is advance your distributor. Put high octane in along with octane booster before you do this. This will allow you to run more advance = more power. Get rid of any extra weight and fold mirrors in, remove air filter. And if possible, about a day before the race pour a couple gallons of diesel in his tank! Good luck. I hope you have no money in this yet.

Wink A tale of two trucks (lol)

I own to '94 F-150's...One with a stock 5.8, the other with a 5.8 Lightning...Both are exteneded cabs, but i dont drive my black one in winter. The blue one is the winter driver, and summer as well.
