i FINALLY got my truck to stop whistling at part throttle situations. and as a result, there is a HELIX power tower throttle body spacer/paperweight up for grabs for $1 plus shipping if anyone else wants this headache. after removing it, the truck is more pleasant to drive without the whistle, seems to idle better, run better and is getting a touch better milage. i cant BELIEVE these companies are getting away with selling thses things for $100
