I have this awful noise (vibration) coming from the outside dash area of my truck, This is driving me nuts. This vibration of a "part"? is just outside the lower passenger windshield area and it only happens if there is a wind blowing from the sides of the truck?????. Even if i am going 80 the noise (or vibration as i like to call this evil noise) Its killing me when i drive sometimes its like the windshield wiper is the problem but its not. Has anyone else had this problem or have you been put away as i am about to be... Helppppppp me please or i will have to turn the radio up even louder

 

Check and see if that black plastic "wiper cowl" is loose. That could be the problem. I think that's what it's called, it's that black plastic strip just below the windshield that has vents in it. If it's loose, it will flap in the wind and make a noise. Just my 2 cents.
