Advice from Talley

Talley installed a locker himself and a month later he had torn out his whole end. He told me he was .009" off......and it cause alot of damage...let the pro's do it.

Ahh, that is good to know. I had talked with him some here on the board and i knew he had installed his himself. He got banned after then and i did not know that he ran into trouble later.

Maybe he's talking about flywheel horsepower instead of rear wheel

I have talked to people who has their 2002 4.2, auto extended cab 4x2 exact same truck as mine, dynod after same exhaust, same intake and a chip and a tb spacer, and they dynod at 256hp. The guy even sent me the dyno sheet, and he had it dynod at more than one place and the other onw was 254hp. So it seems to me that my guess of 15-20 hp would be a fair guess and I dont believe that its high at all. JMO
