Cool Checked my plugs

I checked my plugs like I normally do every 10,000 miles. The Bosch +4 had a lot of black soot I guess you would call it on them, but looked to be in pretty good condition so I put them back in, what should they look like just curious? I usually have plugs that have that tan color to them, but not these...

Should be tan. The black soot is carbon, just off the top of my head, I would say that the plugs are too cold.

How should I correct this problem? The plugs are too cold, what kind of plugs do you all recommend?
