With a tall tire and the body lift, the truck should look great. . .
You may want to look into rear gears to offset the tire size and a good set of off road shocks.
Other than that. . .no problems here!
Tell me what you think when you get that Diablo chip.
I'm in the market for a chip. . .and I don't know anyone that has a diablo. Everyone usually goes with Superchips.

Thanks,
Diablo right here! Diablo has a better chip for the 4.2, they have the newer 4 bank chip. I think Superchips still uses the old 2 bank chips. Just from experience I can tell ya Diablo works great! Scottie good choice with the single swept side, that is the same system I have. That will add the most power out of the 4 systems Gibson makes on the 4.2. It's also the quietest, but I was willing to trade sound for performance. But if it's performance your looking for, then don't forget what lifting and putting on bigger tires will do. These trucks are already slow, and doing things like that will not help at all. But hey it does give a nice look. You may want your chip custom burned if you do go with a lift. Make sure you tell your dealer what you have so he can program your chip to meet your trucks needs.
All performance chips are designed to do basically the same thing. They enhance the fuel/air mixture and the timing curve. They make the shift points more precise on automatics, and increase power throughout the entire RPM range. I personally recomend Diablo just from experience. But I know that Superchips is also a good chip for the 4.2. I think Diablo is one of the only companies that has the 4 bank chips, so I would probally go with them. I've seen Diablo's selling between $199-$230, and Superchips from $210-$230. With our engines you'll really feel the difference with the chip in the high RPM's, this is the case with most applications. The power is coming form the enhanced air/fuel mixture, timing curve, etc. So you'll feel the power kick in when your accelerating at higher speeds. I think performance chips are well worth it if your looking for more power. The trade off is that you have to use premium when the chip is installed. Hope that helped, you can learn more about the 2 chips by visiting their web sites.
