Help with finding paint

I posted this in the body section, but wanted to get as much input as possible.
I want to buy some paint that is the same code as my truck, but I would like to find it in like a pint or quart. I have an airbrush and would like to paint door handles and such, but I dont want to spray can it. Can I order through any parts stores or is a dealer thing. Also, anyone ever paint their plastic peices of the front bumper. Did you have to use a flexing agent so it wouldnt crack.
Man, I have go to get modding!!! Thanks
