Question Question about the superchips dyno chart

If you start the stock torque curve at 3600 and the superchips
torque curve at 3400, of course the (earlier) peak will be higher.

Why is 85% of the stock torque curve missing?

They're just showing the peak values of torque.

If their chip were so hot to trot, they'd be showing all the graph and how their torque and hp were higher than stock. Perhaps they're hiding something on the low end?

My '97 4.2 V6 had a noticeable improvement at all RPM levels. They're just showing where the stock rev-limiter is removed. Even at lower RPMs, mine had slightly more power. I wouldn't believe all the mileage improvements though. I noticed a slight decrease in mileage. But then again, I kept my foot in it more also.

If i had a way of getting this dyno printout on my truck you will see a performance difference. the chip made a peak of +16RWHP than without the chip. I'd imagine it gave 20-23hp which is right about where they say it does.
