Fuel Injector Cleaners

Hello Everyone,

Just wondering what your thoughts are on fuel injector cleaners that are added to the gas tank (e.g. Gunk, STP, etc.) And if you use them, how often?

Regards,
Matador

Cool

HI!... MATADOR : I use REDLINE fuel injector cleaner. It's just about the best one out there. I add a bottle to a full tank of gas about every 3-4 months for the last 3 years.

Just to let yall know. There is a good intake cleaner called Gumout, which you have to use a drip canister. if yall ever get this done to your truck, remember one thing, that aeresol can will destroy a protective film on your throttle body. not many people know about this, clean your TB with a rag, nothing else. this 3 step process is recommened about every 30,000 miles. get it done, does a good job. many lube stations carry gumout, but not all of them know about fords throttle bodies.

just to let yall know

Redline Fuel Injector Cleaner! I immediately notice a smoother idle and my full tank of gas lasts longer.
