I am here to help..
Sell your truck, get a standard transmission f150
lol just kidding, well not really but i am not going there
Intake, exhust, chip, Autobahn Wholesale has headers, they help alot, uh.... hum... gut the MAS and port the thorttle body.
other then that super charger, or NOS but with this alumium (sp) block you will blow the rings and pistions to peices. keep the shot low, its a v6, you will notice quite a bit of difference with just a small shot.
Go to a muffler shop, get a nice set of flowmasters, have them cut them open and gut them, leaving the main 4 chambers and remove the baffling (if any) that gives a nice little rumble but not so much that it sounds like some hill billy chevy crap. you dont want to be going 5 mph and sound like a top fuel dragster.
You have a automatic, instead of chip, get the computer reprogramed at a professional shop after you ahve all your goodies on, it helps at the beginning, but getting one custom is well worth the extra 50 bucks
I put a custom cam i got form a shop here in my town plus new pistons and moly rings with a lower compression so i have get more out of my super charger, but you will want to go with higher compresson pistions if you will not run a super or turbo charger anytime soon, also higher compression pistons help alot with NOS giving a better "kick back" to the piston for more force there for more power.
Also, want more responsive throttle? hehe disconnect the Cruise Control. not sure how it will act on a automatic, so i wouldnt recommend it, but for a standard... well i still wouldnt recommend it but it seems to be fine on my truck and i get very nice NICE thortle responce so i really cant complain. well i could complain but who the hell would listen right?
Some of you might disagree with me, some of you might just not like me, but remeber one thing! THERE IS NO SEX IN THE CHAMPNGE ROOM! (SP CRAP, its hard to make a funny when you cant spell anything correctly)

Cal,
Autonet performance has a supercharger kit for the 4.2. It uses a Vortech head unit which I wish were diffrent since it requires tapping of the oil pan, but the kit feels great.
And SQZDONY is right about the blocks being iron, especialy since a magnet can stick to my block

sence i added my Nitrogen tank i get alot more rear end "squatting"
that things a good 150 more pounds, but i removed the rear spare and added 2 compressors and a 3 gallon tank.
i need to get my trannie overhalled too.
but i still can hang with trans ams till get they get into like 3rd gear and i see those goofy rear tail lights.

justin, i am cofussed in one post you claim to have 11.3 to one pistons because you and your wife or girlfriend are having a baby and a you cant afford a supercharger, in another you claim to have a supercharger and low compression pistons, which is it.
sorry brotherdave, i have high compresson pistons as of now, when i had lower compreson pistions, i was hoping to get a super charger, the one from canada, but when i was going to order it, wife ened up getting the bundle in the sack and i had a friend help me change them back over.
sorry bud, almost got me there.
but i am smooth and dont slip up, just very bad at making my point and not the best with the "english".

He sounds a little too young to be married.
11.3 compression pistons would require some HIGH octane... I know that 10.5 is that max you want to go on 93 octane buddy....

first, i never said i had a supercharger
second, been with my feancee for 6 years which would conclude as common law marrage but i think of her as my wife even though as of yet we have gotten married.
i did not know that infomation about the octane rating, some i should look into but i have been informed when i purchased the pistions they were 11:3 compression.
not like i should have defend my self all day but if you find your ****s and giggles this way boys, just keep bringing it on.
