Back story, i have a 2014 ford f150 Ecoboost. A year or two ago, I started getting P0016, I replaced the sensor and all was good until now. Now, I get P0299 (underboost) (seal looks good on the valve), and P0016, and P0017. Both sensors test fine (11.x volts until metal is placed on sensor, then drops to almost 0). The strange thing is, once I notice it start being underpowered driving down the highway, I will place in neutral, restart, shift back to drive, and full power is restored. This makes me think its a sensor. Thoughts? Thanks
