Put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail. 28 psi minimum to run. Check the fuel cutoff inertia switch. Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on?

Checked fuel pressure

Rail pressure was 40 psi, finally changed crankshaft sensor, which was quite a chore.Fired right up 3 times in a row. Thanks for your assistance.

Question; Did the old sensor have oil on the face? If it did you might have an oil leak somewhere and the oil film is not letting the sensor work correctly.
My sons 96 Corolla had the same exact problem you were having. He kept HAVING to replace the sensors until he had the crank seal replaced. No more oil leaks to foul out the crank sensor.
