Mobil 1 Truck/SUV 5W-20 and WIX 51516 or Motorcraft FL400S(whatever Rockauto has that'll ship with the rest of my cart). Runs like its brand new without so much as a peep. I love how simple and rugged these 4.2L engines are, they just work.
