Do i need shorter plugs with shorty headers? Or which are best Accel makes u groove but says won't fit my truck.
The 4.2 seems left out sometimes. I have k&n cai
and paired it with shorty headers the programmer
from jet helped things greatly but I'm new to that
too need help mid to high rpms still i tried tb and
maf sensor from jet but again nothing for 4.2.
Sorry I'm full of questions so any tips
areappreciated

The best plugs and wires are the stock Motorcraft. The only significant performance improvement you can do to a 4.2 is forced induction.

From your other thread:

What exhaust best for hpMine seems too weaken output. There's a glasspack before the flowmaster 44 then it's dumped. I asked for true dual but they gave me some crap about having to eliminate a cat and at the same time told me someone had already eliminated one on the passenger side. I have shorty headers now i want the best option from there back. What can i do take off is exceptional but after that it feels sluggish please help
The mods you have been doing have not helped, in fact they have probably hurt. Shorty headers and a cobbled exhaust on a V6 are useless except to make noise. Jet programmers are junk. CAI is giving you warm air, not cold air, the stock airbox is colder air because it draws air from the wheel well, not from under the hood. What cats you have might be getting plugged. The K&N filter oil may be fouling the MAF.
