Cylinder Misfire

I have a 2015 F-150 with the 3.5l EcoBoost and 157,000 miles. I have been getting cylinder misfires for about 2 years. I recently replaced all the plugs and coil packs but the problem continued. I then drilled the weep hole in the intercooler and now it happens less. So far, it had only happened on coils that were installed before the weep hole. Maybe this fixed it.

Today I got a misfire with a the code p2304. I think its cylinder 4, so o replaced the coil but it didnt fix it.

This is a different code. Maybe it's not even cylinder 4. Maybe it's not related to the past misfires, or maybe it's the true cause.

Any ideas on how I can get this reliably fixed?
Maybe I should replace the wiring harness.
I am having trouble getting anyone to fix it. The dealership wanted to replace the engine 2 years ago. Local shops replace the coil packs but never fix the underlying problem. I had to do the weep hole myself.

Read the whole article. I believe "B" is cylinder 2.
