“Squealing” sound, motor off.

Im a new Ford owner, the last two days the family and I were camping, driving around to different recreation areas. when We got back to our sight and turned the truck off, there was a “squealing” or “whistle” sound coming from engine bay on passenger side. It’ll make the sound periodically for 2-3 seconds at a time, and others the sound will go for 30 seconds and then stop, only to start again seconds later. It’s gone on for a couple days now. It will do this for about an hour give it take. Sounds like a pressure release? A pop-up camper was on the back and being used(lights, water pump, etc), not sure if it could be a power converter or sump’n. Definitely sounds like it’s coming from the engine/ hoses. I tried to post a video, but I guess the sight doesn’t have that capability? Either way, any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

On the 2011-2014 trucks there's a round vacuum reservoir on the firewall under the big PCM electrical connectors. If yours truck has this too follow the hoses coming out of it and see if one is loose. It sounds like a vacuum source bleeding down.

Otherwise, you're still under warranty, make it the dealership's problem.
