Water leak when the AC was not used

A good size puddle stains the pavement when the AC wasn't used. The liquid feels like there is some oil in it and stains the pavement for a few days before evaporating. The liquid is clear. I laid a white tarp to catch a sample. Something I should worry about?

Update. The water leak is coming from this round shaft. It is under the driver's side. AC or heat hasn't been on for 3 days and still this water drips. It stains the pavement and stays there for a couple of days. Any clue what this drip is or what this part is?

We need some details about your truck. You haven't identified one thing about it!

Yeah right. Sorry about that! 2011 F150 XL 4WD V6 ecoboost. I noticed today the coolant was low so I filled it and placed a bucket underneath. My hope is to catch a good amount. I am certain it is dripping from this shaft. Whether or not it is dripping from somewhere up above I don't know yet. Let me know if there is any other information I may have missed.
