I had 248,000 on my 2005 v6 when I sold it, did the plugs myself 4 times, plug wires (Motorcraft) twice. I always used the Motorcraft plugs. It was very easy to do the plugs, the only one I ever had an issue with was the passenger side rear one. For me was hard to get to, had to go through the wheel well to get to it
