Ordered a new one and want to replace. I've been looking up info, and everything is about the older 4.2 which is in a different place?

Mine uses the heated valve. Is it a pretty straight forward job? Just can't seem to find it!

 

On my 03, it's on the side of the throttle body. I think that is where it was moved to when they went to composite plenums. Not sure if it has been moved since then, the earlier ones were in the rocker cover old school style.

Check the passenger side valve cover toward the rear and follow the line. The PCV will be on one end or the other.

 

On NBS trucks, it is on the passenger side valve cover. The only tools you might need are a flashlight and possibly glasses.

I've replaced mine 2 years ago. 5 minute job.
