Question 1997 ford f150 stumped.

Hey guys I'm new here been reading a lot before I posted but I haven't seen this one yet so going to ask. First off my truck 1997 ford f150 4.2 130k miles truck starts fine not leaks not smoking but... Truck feels like I'm pulling a Mac truck behind me no acceleration rpms jump up but hardly catches up so far I've done .

Replaces pcv valve and elbow and elbow under throttle body
Cleaned maf and throttle body
New fuel filter with a burnt arm pit lol don't ask
Sprayed carb cleaner no notice of vaccum leak.
Ran seafoam no diffrence

Like I said it starts fine every time rpms are 800ish idle 500-600 in gear
Also code reader said all four 02 sensors were throwing codes and two lean codes

Bought truck two weeks ago for 2700 haven't check wires and plugs yet but guy said they were new.

You need to post the exact numeric codes.

FWIW, if the previous owner replaced the plugs and wires, make sure he installed the wires in the correct order. IIRC, the wires for 5 & 6 positions on the coil pack are reversed. If he messed up the wire install, you might only be running on 4 cylinders.

If that was the case it would run like total crap? It fires up and idle fine just has no power when gas pedal is down. I will check in the am and see but I don't think that's it.

You probably have an exhaust restriction. You can pressure test your exhaust to see if your cats are plugged. Search it on youtube and there will be a few decent videos that will walk you through the process.

Also, if you have access to a real DTC scanner you can diagnose this issue quickly without having to wallow around under your truck.

Maybe a leak around the MAF or faulty. It would be UR cheapest fix then going into UR intake manifold.
